    Brian’s House, a local, non-profit provider of services and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is currently hiring Direct Care Counselors (Direct Support Professionals) throughout the Chester and Delaware County area. We gladly encourage any graduating senior who is looking to pursue a career in Psychology, Social Work, Special/Adult Education, and Nursing/Healthcare to join the team! The position is entry level, so no experience is required - paid training is provided in orientation and online/in-person workshops are held on a recurring, yearly basis.

    Internship Opportunities

    Operation HomePort Internship Opportunity: 

    Operation HomePort provides exciting opportunities that combine travel with personal and professional development for a wide array of individuals (Gap Year, current students, recent graduates, or Career Changers)!  Prior experience is not required and there are no restrictions based on academic majors.  We are looking for Interns to work in Child Development Centers on US Navy bases around the country, and in select locations overseas, such as Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea, and others.  These are four-month, paid Internships.  The Interns will make at least $15 per hour, 40 hours per week, with paid travel and housing.  You can find the full Internship Program description, eligibility requirements, and application process on the Operation HomePort website:
