TRANSCRIPT REQUEST DEADLINES
Transcript requests and all supporting materials (brag sheets, student info sheets, activity sheets, transcript release forms and any secondary school reports) must be COMPLETE and ready to be processed when submitted to the Career & College Center at SHHS. We cannot guarantee that your materials will reach the respective colleges on time if you do not meet the following SHHS guidelines:- OCTOBER 15 deadline - due by September 17th
- NOVEMBER 1 deadline - Requests must be submitted to the counseling secretary by October 4th
- NOVEMBER 15 deadline - Due by October 18th
- DECEMBER 1 deadline - Due by November 4th
- DEC.21 THRU JAN. 3 deadline - Due by November 25th
- JANUARY 15 deadline - Due by December 20th
- FEBRUARY 1 deadline - Due by January 6th
- FEBRUARY 15 deadline - Due by January 17th
Graduate Transcript Request

Procedure for requesting copies of your Strath Haven Academic Transcript:
Print and complete the Graduate Transcript Request Form (see below).
A $5.00 processing fee is required for each requested transcript. Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted. Make checks payable to SHHS. (Credit cards are not accepted.)
Send the completed Graduate Transcript Request Form and the accompanying fee ($5.00 per transcript) to the following address:

Since transcripts are stored by year of graduation, it is important to list your graduation year and your name as it was when you attended high school. This is especially true for women who may have married since they last attended high school.
Please indicate whether you will be picking up the transcript(s), or need it (them) to be mailed. If we are mailing your transcript(s), please remember to provide the mailing address(es). Please allow at least two days for processing your request.
