    Dear Families, 

     

    Welcome to a new school year!  My name is Kelly Kane, and I will be your child’s first grade teacher. I look forward to meeting each of you and working with your child this year.  Together we will make this a wonderful year for us all. 

     

    I have been a first grade teacher at SRS for the past 23 years.  Prior to that, I was a learning support teacher in the Tredyffrin Easttown School District.   I love teaching and nurturing this age group.  My primary goals are to provide a safe, productive, and supportive learning environment, where your child has the opportunity to excel academically, emotionally, and socially. I truly believe we can achieve each of these goals.  I strive to create a true classroom community. 

     

    Communication is essential.  Throughout the year, I will be sending updates so you always know what to expect.
